Channai Couture travel blankets make great corporate gifts for your strategic clients and exemplary employees to celebrate renewals, anniversaries, birthdays or just because. I'll help you say it with sophistication. Email info@channaicouture.com with what you need and by when and I'll be happy to work with you on a customized quote for your business.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 

In general, most of our traveling blankets can be machine washed, on a gentle cycle, with low heat to dry.

Dry cleaning is always an option to help extend the longevity of your beautiful traveling companion.

 

SIZE SELECTION

 

Channai Couture Traveling Blankets are available in two sizes:

MINI (45x33) and STANDARD (47x42).

 

Sizes are approximate, as yarn’s natural flexibility can cause irregularities in size consistency.

The final size will not be dramatically different, but don't expect it to be exact.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Please review your Made-to-order order carefully.

Your 'made-to-order'  one-of-a kind traveling blanket will be specially hand-crocheted, after you've placed your order.  

You can cancel your order (without penalty) within 48-hours of placing it.

Order cancellations after this time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

 

SALES TAX & SHIPPING

 

Sales tax is automatically applied to all orders in accordance with individual state laws.

Shipping, if applicable, is calculated based on the destination information you enter.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

You should be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase,

I will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed or defective products.  

Returned merchandise must be received within 30-days in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

Please note: Used (or washed) merchandise cannot be returned.

Custom and corporate orders, not included in the Made-to-order or Limited Edition collections, cannot be returned.

 

RETURN CREDIT

 

Credit will be processed after items have been reviewed and approved for return.

Credits can take up to 30 days to be processed.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Please email info@channaicouture.com for the mailing address to return your item(s).

All returns must be mailed at your expense.
