You should be completely happy with your order. Every Channai Couture Collection™ product is carefully hand-crocheted to your specifications. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective products. Returned merchandise must be received within 30-days in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
Return Credit
Unless merchandise is defective, every returned item will incur a 20% processing fee. If not returned in its entirety, gift baskets incur a $25 processing fee. Credit will be processed after items have been reviewed and approved for return. Credits can take up to 30 days to be processed.
Shipping for Returns
Please email orders@channaicouture.com for the mailing address to return your item(s). All items purchased at channaicouture.com are mailed via standard shipping at no additional charge. Returns must be mailed at your expense.
You will receive and email as soon as your hand-crocheted order has been completed.
