Channai Couture uses the Paypal shopping cart to securely process all orders. Please note, you DO NOT need a Paypal account to place an order. You may use a personal or business credit card without having a Paypal account. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
You will be directed to secure checkout screen. At this screen, if you would like to use a credit card, select "Continue" under the section that says "Don't have a Paypal account" and follow the instructions.
Should your email be associated with a Paypal account – you will have the option to continue paying without the Paypal account, you just need to select "Continue without logging in."
Order Cancellation Please review your customized order carefully. Every Channai Couture Collection™ order is specially hand-crocheted to your specifications after you've placed your order. You can cancel your Channai Couture Collection™ order without penalty within 48-hours of placing it. Order cancellations after this time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Sales Tax Sales tax is automatically applied to your ChannaiCouture.com order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in California. Although sales tax may be reflected in your initial total, this will be updated appropriately at the end of your check-out process.
Order status ORDER UPDATES: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. In addition, you will be notified with an estimated ship date as soon as your hand-crocheted order has been completed. If you have questions, email orders@channaicouture.com. Please be sure to include your order information.
Standard Delivery All items purchased at channaicouture.com are mailed via standard shipping at no additional charge. Expedited service is available for an additional charge. Email orders@channaicouture.com for more information. <br/>
